Gift Aid Declaration – Microsoft Forms

Any Membership Fees which are paid for your child(ren)/ward(s) and/or donations gifted to the Group; the Group can reclaim tax through the Gift Aid scheme run by HM Revenue & Customs.  This currently allows the Group to reclaim Basic Rate Tax on the Membership Fees paid and/or your gift to the Group on the basis that you have paid UK tax equivalent to the tax being reclaimed.
